I offer advice on dietary changes to prevent illness, aid recovery from illnesses and maintain optimal health. I also give advice on providing a suitable home environment for your pets, alongside engaging them in healing to promote calmness and encourage their body’s natural recovery.

A friend of mine recommended Colette whenever my cat Ollie developed arthritis in his back. Easy Sardines

Mix together one can (125g) of sardines in water (no brine) with one tsp of finely grated carrot or courgette & one tsp well cooked brown/white rice.   Serve cool.    

Chicken Supper

Combine half a small lightly baked chicken fillet with 1 tsp of well cooked brown/white rice, one one tsp of cooked mashed carrot & a quarter tsp of olive oil.   Serve cool.
